Pull up bar, Pulley, Leg weights (2x10lb + 2x4lb), lifting straps (for deadlifts), wrists straps (heavy curls) If you have your own plates, swivels dumbbells and a barbell you are set to grow! I use the pull up bar to hang the pulley. With these you can do a lot of pull-up and pull-down (pulley) variation as well as a lot of triceps and standing rows exercises. Primarily, lots of lats, delts and triceps possibilities. It served me well during covid and I became active at home. Sorry I am not parting with my plates and barbell.
