Faux leather massage chair. All settings work well (please see photo for all of the massage functions). It has many different settings that will work your lower, middle and upper back. Some of the faux leather has chipped off which is common but having a blanket over top does not affect the massage features. I can help load it but you will have to pick it up with a pickup truck or SUV. It's not that heavy but awkward to carry and does not take up much space as it is low to the floor.
