$70 · Logitech MX Master 3 for Mac

Only selling as I gotten used to the smaller MX Master Anywhere mouse and have been using that instead. Even though it's supposedly "for Mac", it works well with Windows and Linux. It also pairs with the Unify dongle (in addition to bluetooth), and I've been using it with the dongle. I can include the dongle in the sale. It also comes with a USB C to C cable. I can offer the USB A to C cable instead from the other mouse if that's more preferable.
