Position Summary: Microserve is looking for an Order Management Team Lead to join our remote team. The successful candidate must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and must be able to direct a team of Order Desk Clerks. If you have proven skills around managing high volumes of work through a team, a demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize objectives to meet deadlines, you will be successful in this role. The Order Management Team Lead provides leadership and supervision to a team charged with accepting, monitoring, and fulfillment of inbound orders supporting various clients in our business. The Team Lead will review contract related inventory levels and contribute to help maintain appropriate levels of inventory by processing customer provided forecasts. They will also be accountable to produce transactional, inventory, and asset reporting as required for clients supported by the Order Management Team.
