What is a "refresh"? - A refresh is a complete re-installation of your Apple's OS (operating system). Currently the newest macOS is Monterey 12.x A refresh not only will bring your apple computer back to life, but it will also greatly increase performance and fix ALL non hardware related issues or bugs. Being on the latest macOS also is highly recommended to protect you against things like viruses and hackers/security vulnerabilities. If you have data that is required to be backed up or saved we can do that as well! Also if you are wanting to upgrade your hard drive size or speed (Solid State) or even RAM / Memory this would be a perfect time to do so. At Torch Communications we offer both in-house and on-site work for a standard hourly rate of $65. For all on-site visits, we do charge a $25 travel fee per round-trip.
