Two flip cell phones.came from an estate. This one is charged up, and seem to light up OK. I do not know how to work this, but maybe you know. This Samsung seems to be on the Roger system I do not know if it is locked, i cannot check that. Could be that it is I guess if you buy the right SIM card, you are on your way. This Samsung has no extras , just the cell phone. I also do not know how to set the time, maybe you know. I do not supply the charger for this phone but I found the right ones in my rummage box.
