Hello I make quality high hydration sourdough, artisan breads and desserts. Artisan pizza too! I am looking for an affordable small space on its own or shared that has most of the infrastructure in place so I can move my equipment in. Maybe you have a restaurant with space in the back you don't use or a grocery store that has unused space within it or its a space that was zoned for a kitchen but not used as such for the moment. The main considerations are power, gas, water with ventilation and clean surfaces so that the space can be brought to VIHA safety standards. The space can be anywhere in the greater Victoria area as long as it is zoned for food and has the basic infrastructure in place. Many thanks Peter
