Exceptional Opportunity: Carson Automotive Group requires a detail-oriented full-time Warranty Administrator to join our energetic and dynamic Administration team. This is a full-time position located at our beautiful 4th floor Office in Victoria, BC. Principal Duties: • Prepare and submit warranty claims to manufacturers; • Tracks, appeals and resubmits claims to ensure timely payment; • Maintain complete and accurate records, reconciling claims and filing system; • Keep updated on all manufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures. Position Requirements (minimum experience): • A great work ethic with strong communication, problem solving and decision-making skills; • Basic knowledge of or the ability to understand the mechanics of a vehicle; • Previous experience in an administrative, warranty, or related field within a dealership setting an asset; • High school diploma required.
