Hello there! We are a small management consulting firm that is run out of my Saanich / Glanford area home. We are all working remotely, but this role gets to hang out with the owner of the company at her office from time to time. We have a fun, energetic, and supportive team and are looking for someone equally energetic to join us! Do you like to switch up the tasks in your work day? Interested in applying some business skills, then trying out something creative? Can you handle anything thrown at you? If you are computer-savvy and have some basic bookkeeping skills, we want to hear from you. If you are fairly new to the work world (e.g., university summer student) and just want to learn some new skills with a great team, drop us a line! We are looking for a part-time personal assistant that could ideally offer 1) administrative support, 2) meeting preparation, 3) managing expense reports and monthly invoicing (Quickbooks knowledge would be amazing), 4) running errands, 5) office organization, and 6) an entrepreneurial spirit for whatever comes our way!
