Clean as a Rose has been in operation for over a decade. With the majority of customers on the clients list for over 5 years. Gross revenue is $90,000-$100,000 and plenty of room for more. We keep a shorter schedule of 4 days one week and 5 the opposing week. Our customers are reliable, flexible and understand that we are seeking to sell, with the expectation to stay on. Our schedule is kept small due to health issues, but we have a waiting list and customers eager to join on. This is a two person schedule, so you'll need a partner or plan to hire a helper. There's room to charge more, and many of our customers have expressed expectations of higher costs, we are currently below market rates. Revenue is based on current schedule and rate. At market rates, revenue is estimated at 105,000-120,000. This does not include tips. We will offer 2 months overlap, 1 month of training and meeting the customers, going over preferences, no need for experience as we will provide full training, though you may need a bit more experience before you start getting further referrals, our customers understand that they may be getting someone new, and have seen our trained staff before and were happy with the results. The second month we will offer logistics training if needed, tax filing, organization and calendar, customer relations etc. We will also offer all necessary equipment save for a vehicle. We use our own equipment, and have a high quality industrial vacuum, easy to maintain, as well as bottles, caddy, etc. We will also show you where to procure cleaning supplies, how to mix, health and safety, etc. We are selling due to family and health reasons. Price is negotiable, but we aren't looking to offload. Above all, we want to ensure our customers remain happy, and you get to step into a thriving business with a nearly full time schedule. We will even help you fill empty spots if you wish, though it's also possible to keep the more casual schedule and make a decent living with a three day weekend every other week. Additionally, I will maintain an open communication for another two years, in case customers send referrals my way or if you have questions about the business.
