Moving/Downsizing sale - the Landlord wants his house back. 2 twin XL beds with metal frames, IKEA bed slats instead of a box spring, hotel quality mattress, mattress pads, and 1 bed skirt with matching bedspread. One pair of sheets also included. The frames have been modified to accommodate the longer XL mattress size. These mattresses are 6'8" long compared to a regular twin which is 6"4" long. Perfect for a student or a teenager who has suddenly decided to sprout 6 inches in the past year and doesn't enjoy their feet hanging over the end of the bed anymore. The top mattress has no stains or odours and has always been used with a mattress pad. They have never been exposed to smoke or pets.
