I have a Mercedes Benz Star with the multiplexer. I bought it so that I can do majority of work on my own vehicles, and it has helped me a lot so far. If you want, you can come over and we can scan your car for errors/events. This thing will give you specific MB codes, not like the generic or even icarsoft scanners. It will be up to you to interpret them and do the research after. We can talk about using other functions of the tool as well, if you want. I am not a mechanic, my experience comes from only working on my own vehicle, and I am not offering to fix your car; I am offering to use my tool for a nominal fee. If you have similar vehicle to mine, I will be happy to share any knowledge I have at no cost.
