Single mature professional seeking a new home

I am seeking a new home in the Rockland, Fernwood or Oak Bay Junction areas for a long-term lease. I prefer older character homes with spacious rooms and a bathtub is essential. I have lived near Victoria High for 9 years in a small cottage and am only moving due to the owner's desire to occupy the house. I have excellent references and desire a very long lease.
