$2,500 · WANTED - Long term rental for two mature working professionals

We are a mature professional couple in our 30's and 40's - no kids or pets, non-smoking, no partying - looking for our next long term home in the Greater Victoria Area. We moved back to Vancouver Island in May of 2024 from New Zealand. We have outgrown our current space and are ideally looking for 1-2 bedroom with a garage or other functional workshop type space. We are ideally looking to move in May 1st at earliest but are flexible. Open to all areas of town for the right set up - preference would be to avoid the Colwood crawl from the Westshore for daily commuting. A little about each of us: Jillian - I grew up on Central Vancouver Island and called Victoria home for over a decade before moving to New Zealand in 2022. I am a registered nurse working full-time in the RJH area. I work regular mon - fri hours. I am passionate about health, wellness, and the great outdoors. This island of ours will always be home for me and I continue to be amazed at all it has to offer. Digby - I'm originally from New Zealand and moved to Victoria in 2019 where I met Jillian, we've been together ever since living here and New Zealand. I work in the automotive sector doing classic car restoration and love the great outdoors which is why I've found Vancouver Island feels like my forever home.
