$2,800 · Small family seeking long-term rental for July

Hello! We’re a family of three humans (a couple with a 3 year old daughter) and two fur friends (a senior dog of 15 pounds and a cat), and we’re looking for a new rental to call home. 🏡🐈‍⬛🐕 Our unit is up for sale, and we’re really hoping for a long-term rental this time so our daughter Claire doesn’t have to move once she starts school. She currently goes to daycare in Fernwood, so we hope to stay in the area. 💼I work full time as a research grant facilitator, and as an editor on the side. My husband Mitch is an artist and arts administrator who works from home. ☺️We have renter’s insurance and great references, and we don’t smoke. We’re quiet and respectful homebodies who like to read, walk, go to parks, and relax. 🗓️When: June, July, or August move-in (not sure until our current unit sells, but ready to move early for the right place!) 📍Where: Fernwood, North Park, Rockland, Fairfield, Vic West 💰How much: between $2600-2800; can go a couple hundred higher with utilities included ✅We need: -2 bedrooms -1 bath -850+ sq ft -dishwasher -unfurnished ❤️We’d love: -a den, walk-in closet, or workspace (with a door) for a studio/home office 📍 -in-suite laundry 🧺 -to be above ground 🪟 -to be able to see some greenery out the windows 🌲🌿 -some outdoor space for potted plants (currently we have a patio) 🪴 -parking for 1 small car 🚗 -proximity to a park or green space (for Claire and Jake the dog) 💌 Please reach out if you think we’d be a good fit for your space!
