I'm a quiet and reserved 28-year-old male who works full-time as a security guard and a part-time student at Camosun College. I'm looking for a fixed-term studio or bachelor suite within or close to downtown Victoria for one year starting May 1st. I only require an appropriate kitchen, bathroom, and access to washing and drying machines. I'll provide my credit report and some recent pay stubs upon meeting, and my mother in Vancouver will also be signing on as a guarantor. My hobbies at home involve playing video and board games or watching movies and television shows, but I’ll be using the space primarily for studying and being closer to work.
