You will share the house with a mature easy going university teacher who travels a lot and a friendly small dog (non-barker; non-allergenic). Note: He stays elsewhere when I travel. Rent includes cable/WIFI/Netflix/Prime plus all utilities. Great location just off Cedar Hill walking trail and close to both Hillside and Mayfair malls and downtown. Ideal for students since it is on a bus route (right outside the door) that gives easy access to UVic, Camosun and Royal Roads University Only suitable for one person.
