We are a busy professional family with pets and teens living above, and there is some sound transference when we are home . Forest, mountain and harbour views- Near the famous Galloping Goose Trail , 7- 10 minutes drive to the village of. Self board for 1-3 horses available at additional charge. We are on a small acreage here. House rules : No smoking or vaping of anything anywhere on the property , inside or out. (Non smokers to be living here only, due to furnishings being included and sharing the laundry machines). Noise curfew in effect 11 pm - 7 am . Use of amplification systems, sound bars etc is not permitted in the home. All media must be turned down to very minimal volumes or used with headphones after 10 pm weekdays when our kids are in bed . No parties or large gatherings. No commercial activity.
