Family room will have some furnishings (leather couch, rug, dinner table) but bedrooms will be mostly unfurnished. Includes 2 parking spaces. Laundry is on site (shared with adjacent suite). No smokers or pets. $2,000 per month + $250 per month for all utilities (hydro, water and internet included).
