It it not properly ventilated or spacious enough to be suitable as a long-term bedroom. The bathroom (known as a 'cheater en suite') contains a soaker tub and separate shower. Depending on which city parkade you chose, daily parking is up to a max of $12-$16/day, so we used these on weekends or when our car wouldn't otherwise be at work. If you'd prefer your own spot, there are also privately owned parkades within the city but that would be up to you to arrange.
