Sheffield sterling silver ink well, 1924 - JYC. In very good condition but obviously used . The images will show the undamaged mini ink contain and the base of the ink well. It is unusual but it has a sterling silver lid probably as precaution against inquisitive cats. The hall marks are there but rubbed. I have not included a weight because the cut glass ink container would add artificial weight. Let us just say it is a solid object beautifully made. It is a heritage piece on any desk for those, like me, who still use a fountain pen. Cash only.
