Lovely carved walnut Eastlake chair. Damage to upholstery. Otherwise, in very good condition. Dog got upset when owner was in the hospital. 😳 Priced accordingly. Wooden wheels and carved walnut wood in excellent condition. The upholstery on the seat and one arm is damaged. There is plenty of upholstery on the seat to replace the one damaged arm. Less than one yard of gold fabric would suffice to replace the seat fabric. It’s about a 30 minute job. Original horsehair filling. Seat is very comfortable. Smoke free home near Jubilee Hospital.
