Hi there, We are two siblings who live and work in colwood/Langford area and our current rental has sold. We are looking for sep 1st/31st or Oct/1st. We need a 2 bedroom, a suite/basement suite/apt etc. We are non smokers, no parties, we work full time. Quiet, tidy and always pay rent on time. I have a dog 🐶 who requires a yard, 😊 a small one is perfectly fine. One year lease preferred (would like to rent the same place for several years).
