2005 Fleetwood Resolute Americana Tent Trailer. Ready to go camping now. I believe it is king size bed one end, double the far end and singles in the middle for kids. New battery Propane. Has a fridge, furnace, sink, porta potty, pots-n-pans, cutlery, Scrabble, cards, badminton, tarp to cover it all in nasty weather, and an outdoor carpet, and necessary chock-blocks. Dimensions of box and cargo approx 6'10" x 13' Dimensions of full closed trailer approx 6'10" x 17' Dimensions of open unit not including step or awning is 6'10" x 20 feet. Non smokers. Had 2 small dogs but not even a dog hair can be seen. Google says she has a dry weight of 2300 lbs.
