Please answer the questions in the ad :) If the ad is still up, the room is available :) We're looking for a long term roomie who would mesh with our clean, comfy and adorable character home in Oaklands! This room would be perfect for someone who would appreciate living in a quiet shared space with a beautiful yard, large and beautiful living room and kitchen, and clawfoot tub! We like to strike a balance between social and alone time with occasional shared dinners/games, and time to ourselves. So it’s a friendly house but it's also a great place for someone who appreciates a more quiet living situation. Open to someone for September 1st. $900, which includes amenities, internet, light cleaning, basement with coin laundry/storage and easy street parking. Heat/hydro are extra. The room is quiet and has a (shared) balcony off of it, but it’s a nice extension of the room! Would appreciate a one year commitment or hopefully you would like to stay longer! Deposit required to secure the room. Searching for a roomie gem who's skilled at living with others, with Nonviolent Communication, tolerance of others and knows how to strike a balance between enjoying alone time vs. social time in the house. We are a male and female in our 30s/40s (not a couple), and two sweet pets. The house has been harmonious, quiet, comfortable and clean, and we’d love to keep it that way. We’ve been waiting for the right person to come along before committing to a long term roomie, so maybe that can be you!
