$30,000 · 35' Boathouse at North Saanich Marina

Moorage is $782/month plus hydro (usually $10-20/month). Discounted if paid annually. 35'x17' exterior dimensions. Currently have our 32' cabin cruiser stored in the boathouse. Has a curtain which will need some adjustment and to be installed. Summit Marine is located at North Saanich Marina so should be an easy install. We just haven't needed it. Boat house has a new electrical service and lights, smart plug 30 amp shore power connection, new permanent fenders inside boat house and noise reducing Plastimo fenders on the exterior. Both front anchoring corners have been rebuilt. We would like to wait until our boat has sold until we sell the boathouse but we're open to discussing options.
