Looking for a 3-Bedroom Rental (End of August/Early September Move-In)

Hello! We are three tidy and respectful science students attending UVIC (two sisters and a friend) looking for a 3-bedroom rental starting at the end of August or beginning of September. - We are quiet, clean, and always pay rent on time. - Non-smokers, no parties, and we take great care of the space we live in. - We also have two very well-behaved indoor cats — both are clean, calm, and used to apartment living.
