FREE: Water Dispenser - top loading

Free water dispenser from clean home. The cold tap is broken; could likely be fixed by a handy person. Room temperature tap works well. (The refrigeration works, but the tap to dispense cold water is not working.) Plastic piercing piece that opens lid of water bottle is cracked. As long as bottle is strategically placed over top, piercing unit will work. Could be used as a secondary water dispenser for a work room, garage, etc.
