Zen Meditation Instruction

We should forget all about some particular teaching; we should not ask which is good or bad. There should not be any particular teaching. Teaching is in each moment, in every existence. That is the true teaching." Shunryu Suzuki 'Zen Mind Beginner's Mind' I am offering instruction in Zen Buddhist Meditation. I will accept 4 students on a 'first come first serve basis'. The classes will be free and instruction will begin on Sat. May 3rd. The classes will run for one month (4 Saturdays) and each class will be 1 to 2 hours in length . At the end of that period, we will evaluate the process and decided how/if to proceed from there. The classes will be held on a property at Prospect Lake outside Victoria.
