Administrative Assistant We are looking for a qualified person to provide administrative support and customer service. This is a key role with a well-established, small, family based, social enterprise business focusing on Hospice and Palliative Education for front-line caregivers. The administrative assistant will support several roles including the head of education development, the CEO and the CFO. · 3-month remote contract (approx. 30 hours per week). Contract to be reviewed and possibly renewed at the end of the term. · Remuneration based on experience and skills. · Preference to applicants living in the Greater Victoria area · Must have a quiet home office space, fully equipped with fast internet, a desktop OR laptop and a mobile phone · Previous remote work experience is an asset. · Looking for a person who is cheerful, takes direction well, collaborative, honest, trustworthy, flexible, excellent communicator (gets ahead of problems before they happen), and has the ability to work with a variety of personalities · Someone who is interested in people, education, and supporting healthcare providers and caregivers. An interest in hospice and/or palliative care is optimal! Job Description: · CUSTOMER SERVICE o Responds to questions for support, online digital text, o Provides customer service to colleges, instructors, workplace educators, students etc. · Supports the development of hospice palliative care education resources o Research to support creation and updated of healthcare-based education materials (textbooks, workbooks, videos, podcasts, etc.) · Online Education – PACE for PSWs o Provides customer service and tech support to students, instructors, etc. · Communications & Marketing o Reviews social media post and considers LDM branding and messaging o Develops and send E-newsletters o Maintains and develops Active Campaign - CRM § Develops automations, forms, etc. § Problem solves when needed o Edits and proofread blog posts o Researches SEO keywords for new content o Does the coordination and communication of free webinar series.
