$1,000 · Looking for room in shared apartment near Esquimalt September 2024

Heyo! Looking for a roommate for next year? Look no further! My name’s Natasha and I’m a recent graduate from the University of Ottawa moving to Victoria for work in September. I’m looking either for roommates to search for an apartment with or to lease a room in a shared apartment from September-June, preferably furnished as I am moving across the country 🛏️ but I’m okay with looking for an unfurnished place too! I’m hoping to live in Esquimalt(or somewhere close enough to bike there) and my budget is around 1000$ for my room, hoping to stick around there but for the right apartment I’m willing to be flexible! As a roommate I am relatively quiet, very clean, have no pets, don’t smoke/party. If you need references from previous roommates I’d be happy to provide some 🙂 About me I love the great outdoors, thrifting, animals, traveling, photography, I’m francophone, and I’m excited to get to know the area!🏕️✈🦦 If possible I am looking to find roommates who are also young professionals, recent graduates or more mature students, and I am partial to female roommates, but I can be flexible if it’s a good fit 🙂 As I’m new to town please let me know if there are better options for areas to look in or FB groups to post in!
