Have owned since new, completely solid, no leaks or rot. This unit has been an amazing trailer for our family. Seals have been monitored and repaired regularly; also covered seasonally. Slide is oversized at 36” deep (also electric), includes couch (converts to a bed - like a futon), and dining table/benches with storage under the benches and couch. Has an entertainment center with pocket doors to enclose the primary queen bed area. Side bed armoire and above the bed cupboards for clothing. The bed has hydraulics so lifts up for additional storage. Have updated all lights to LED, installed an awning over the slide, electric awning on the front, outdoor kitchen with cook top, fridge and sink and outdoor and indoor speakers. Rear shower also included. New battery last year; I had 2 6’s for 10 years and they finally went so I replaced with a golf cart battery essentially. The good: Amazing unit with no leaking problems. Plenty of storage, outdoor kitchen, oversized slide, queen bed and two twin bunks with tub and shower, ice cold fridge (outside fridge is power only), 2 x 20lbs tanks with cover. Set weight is approx 4,400lbs so can be towed by a half ton (I’ve towed with a Ram 1500 and Jeep Gladiator, both without issue). While a 25’ bunkhouse, the tongue to bumper length is 28’ 9”. I have also installed a hitch insert off the bumper with a fabricated metal plate to ensure it can handle your weight requirements for bicycles, etc. Entertainment center includes mirror and tv mounting bracket, plenty of storage - we’ve never had a tv in the unit. The underbelly is covered and insulated, very well protected from weather and moisture. Should also note it has an aluminum frame, helping with the weight and any moisture concerns. The not so good: The front cap is oxidized; I used to wax yearly to keep it fresh and eventually gave up. This was an issue with this model; I’ve seen others that have wrapped the cap in white and/or brown as it currently is. I’ve been quoted as an $800 option to wrap the cap and look like new. Had planned to do this but we’ve now moved and our plans changed. I removed the antenna, it used to get caught in the winter cover so I cut the wires and removed it. I sealed the tube, capped it with PVC and a bolt, so no leaking issues. Price reflects the noted aesthetic and functional deficiencies. This is a high performing unit, and very comfortable. More pics to be added soon - all finished in a medium tone wood colour. A/C used maybe 10 times, works well and blows cold air. We usually used just the fan function to move air vs A/C. So rarely cooked in the unit so no lingering cooking smells; we mostly use the outdoor kitchen and bbq (has propane bibs for hook ups). The trailer cover is tired, should be replaced but still works. Will also throw in hitch and sway bars. The unit is currently stored offsite so would need some lead time to view. Note the inside pic is with the slide in vs. out; there is much more space inside than what appears.
