Details: 2008 R-Vision Trail Cruiser 26 Ft. Double Axle Travel Trailer with Bunk House. It has a slide out with a queen bed that extends out the back, making the trailer extend to 32 ft. It can comfortably sleep 8, and can sleep up to 10. When empty, it is just a bit over 4000 lbs. It carries about 1000 lbs of cargo. I’ve had this trailer since 2015 and it’s been fantastic to build memories with family in. We only used it about 4 – 6 times a year in the summers, but totally loved it! I really don’t want to sell it, but my kids are all getting older now and are not so interested in camping anymore, so it’s time to pass this awesome trailer onto another family who will enjoy it. Living / Kitchen Areas: The couch and kitchen table fold down for extra sleeping space. The bunk house has 2 sets of bunk beds (4 beds) and the bottom two beds fold up to store equipment, bikes or whatever you need to bring. There is a front side half size door to load and access bikes / stored equipment. There are two under bed storage areas in the front and a storage area between the bunk beds that holds clothing for 4 people. There are also 2 bedroom closets and under closet storage areas. The kitchen has a pantry and ample kitchen shelving / cupboards. Upgrades and Maintenance: I do all of the maintenance on the trailer myself. I removed the single 12V battery and replaced it with 2, 6V marine batteries to make a long life 12V system in 2021. It gives lots of off grid run time. The batteries are always on trickle charge when not camping. The grey and black water valves were stiff, so I replaced them in 2021. I also replaced original converter in 2017 with Progressive Dynamics converter. The tires are basically new with 2 replaced in 2022, other two new in 2023. All tires are Fortune ST205/75R14 6 ply tires. When I bought the trailer, I replaced all the wheels and wheel bearings (greased regularly). I would estimate that there is only 1500 km since I installed them. I upgraded all interior lights and most exterior lights to LED, which reduces the drain on the batteries. I still have the original incandescent bulbs if you want them. There are 2, 20lb propane tanks on the front of the trailer that are pretty new from Costco and still have around 5-7 years left on the tanks. All of the hot water tank shutoff valves were upgraded with metal ball valve type instead of the cheap plastic ones that most trailers have. I also replaced the hot water tank thermal relief valve in 2022. I’ve drained and winterized the water system every year to prevent freezing damage. Features: Indoor bathroom with toilet, shower and skylight. Propane heater really pumps out the heat on cold nights 36 gal. fresh water tank Microwave oven Indoor propane range and stovetop (3 burner) Dual kitchen sink Fully functional propane/ electric refrigerator and freezer Cable hookup and antenna CD player – AM/FM radio Electric Carrier A/C unit – needs servicing does not blow very cold Outdoor shower, back storage area accessible from outside the trailer. The awning works great and is in pretty good condition. 6 gal propane hot water heater There is an electric water pump with an on / off switch on the wall when you don’t have city water connected. The roof in great condition, annually cleaned and protected, minor Dicor repairs, no leaks. Comes with trailer hitch and stabilizer bars and some RV care accessories. Bedding and mattress covers included. I tow this with a 1997 GMC K2500 Suburban 8 passenger truck with low km's. If you are interested in a tow vehicle too, we can discuss a package deal.
