The room is close to the bus routes, so it is a maximum five-minute walk. (Bus routes #28, #39, #12) It is around a 20-minute bus ride to Camosun Lansdowne and Interurban, as well as UVIC. It’s a beautiful neighbourhood close to the hillside mall. I’m looking for, preferably, a male student, to assign a room IMMEDIATELY, from May ending August 31st, 2024. If you want to extend the contract you have to negotiate a new agreement with the landlord. The room includes FREE WIFI, is furnished and perfect for students(photos attached). If you have a car there is parking available. The 2 landlords will occupy the house, and the room will be located on the floor below, with two extra rooms occupied by two other male tenants/students.
