This is a quality copper cooking pan that has never been cooked in. It is in perfect vintage condition - it has just been sitting in a drawer for a long time! Renowned Swiss workmanship! Spring Culinox copper frying pan is made of Culinox - multi-layered material with real copper. This enables extremely fast and uniquely even heat distribution to the edge of the pan. It is suitable for all types of stoves. This is a heavy item - 1.4 kg. The piece measure 22" long including the handle. It is 8.5" wide at the widest point. The pan sits at 1.5" high. The 'Spring" manufacturer's logo is present on the bottom - also "Culinox", the number "80", and "Made in Switzerland". This sized pan has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
