Offered for sale, this framed vintage gelatin silver processed black & white photograph print, signed in the lower right hand corner by Canadian camera person, and photographer studio owner Arthur Vivian Pollard. Pollard born in England in 1904 immigrated to Canada and residing in Victoria, British Columbia, was manager of Photography for Associated Screen News Ltd. who’s studio was setup in the Empress Hotel, in Victoria, and worked closely with Harry Pollard. This well framed, photographic image titled Sea Shore, is in very nice condition and ready to hang in what appears to be the original frame, measuring approximately 11.25 inches in height x 14.5 inches in width. There are some minor chips on the black painted wood frame, and the back framing paper shows some rippling. See Photos.
