YOU will live in the above ground garden suite below us and though we are considerate, there is noise from time to time, we are told it's regular noise, the house is solid! Suite is best suited to a single tenant; double occupancy is welcomed for an increase of $50 towards utilies as it taxes the house, parking only available for 1 vehicle. Street parking for guests only to respect the neighbours. The suite is awesome! We are casual, active people and don't over manage the suite, we open our home to those who will respect it and care for it. We love our neighbourhood and the location is awesome! We garden, a lot, and we’re happy to share it. This is our home and we want to share it with folks who care for it the way we do and are neighbourly.
