I am a self employed bookkeeper with too much work. I need someone to take over for one of my clients in the Trades Industry. Bookkeeper & Admin needed 3-5 hours a week. Need QBO experience, must have used the job costing modual. AP, monthly reconcilation to the statements are a must Payroll Job Costing Spreadsheets Prepare financials statements for Year End. GST Source Deduct WCB EHT Must have construction experience, ie you know what a holdback and stat dec is and how they apply to the accounting of a Trades Client. This client needs some extra babysitting to avoid duplicate transactions. You are not a bookkeeper who just posts off the bank statement. You ask questions before blindly posting. You know how to handle taxable benefits, and will track for accuracy. You know how to process CRA filings, WCB, and EHT.
