$200 · Curt 2 bike locking carrier

As new, only used twice. Unlike most of the carriers I see advertised here, this one tilts to allow hatch to open with bikes on it and the deck flips up when not in use so it doesn't stick out from back of car. It has ratcheting "J" hooks to secure the bikes that release by pushing a button, not twisting a knob every time you want to install or remove bikes. "J" hooks also lock, I have not seen any other carriers with this feature. These retail for about $400 plus taxes and are not easy to find, most of the other racks you find do not have the features like a tilting deck or locking hooks.
