Just before COVID went and screwed everything up, I had intended to learn how to weld. So in anticipation of that I went and purchased a well reviewed “beginner” welder that would be adequate for learning and most basic DIY around the house. I also bought a welding face shield and some magnetic accessories to hold pieces down while I worked on them. The classes were cancelled and all my welding stuff went into storage and there they’ve sat for a couple years. I’m moving and can’t see myself learning to weld anytime soon so it’s time to sell. The welder is currently priced at 449.98 at Canadian Tire, but I am pretty sure it was 45% off when I bought it. The face shield is listed for $129.98 and the magnetic holders were about $30. I want to sell all this stuff in one go so I am going to reduce everything by 50%. So that’s $225 for the welder (brand new in the box), $65 for the helmet and $15 for the holders for a total of $305 for it all. Now that is a hell of a good deal
