This is a portable change room to use for swimming or for wherever you need privacy to change clothes. It is a tall tube with a circular metal bar running around for stability. The colour is an electric green. Carrying case zips on and off with a separating zipper. It is in generally good condition, it does have some staining on the edges where the bars are and there is some slight wearing of the fabric in a few spots (see photos).
