If so, Rogers’ Chocolates might be just what you are looking for! We have an opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team at our factory location in Victoria, BC. Working as a member of the Call Center team you will be responsible with interacting with our customers directly to obtain and process orders. As well, you will assist in the administrative duties in the department, including filing and payment processing along with some other activities. This position requires the applicant to be very personable and work in a high-volume office setting. Multitasking is key and excellent computer and data entry skills are required. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, perform accurate order entry processing and work in a team environment.
