That means you keep your present place but have a get-away spot. The cost is 20 minutes of your time doing very routine chores such as load dishwasher, sweep floor, etc. NO CASH RENT. There is off street parking and 5G wifi. Its a half km walk to 3 excellent bus routes. Maybe this could save you from the hassle and expense and potential disappointment of moving.
