Looking for a mature female student interested in renting a room in our cozy, friendly home. The house is located close to downtown in funky Fernwood. The room is available January 15, possibly sooner. Our small family lives upstairs where this room is, but the room feels very independent from our family living area. There are 4 other female students renting rooms on the lower level of the house. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser and closet, mini fridge and microwave, hot plate, toaster and dishes. The house environment is friendly, respectful and quiet. This can be a short term rental but could also be long term for the right person. The rent includes all utilities, WIFI, and laundry. If you are interested, we would appreciate information about yourself...such as where you are from...your age...and your expectations regarding renting a room. Sorry no pets, no couples and not suitable for someone who is working from home.
