*Roommate Rental* See below for updated rate information Lovely private bedroom and your own family room/office space, right by Tillicum mall to rent! We have a finished attic space available to rent as of March 1st in our home. Myself and my partner are in our early 30's and we have 2 cats (Titan and Apollo) who like to wander the house and are super friendly. We are looking for an easy going, fun person to share our home with. The bedroom comes with a queen bed and frame, the living space comes with a sofa that can turn into an extra bed for guests, and there is a medium sized desk in the nook space (not currently pictured). Setup is ideal for a student with little furniture. On the main floor (shared space) is an office, living and dining space, guest bedroom, and a well stocked kitchen where you have your own fridge, and pantry area. You are welcome to also use the back deck, enclosed back yard, and storage shed. Your bathroom is the ensuite off the guest bedroom and is like 95% private as we do not use it, but on the odd occasion when we have guests staying, that bathroom becomes inaccessible and then you can just share the other main floor bathroom with standing shower that we use. We do have an ensuite bathroom off our own bedroom located downstairs, but it does not have a shower. Rent includes includes Gigabit internet, TV (with every channel), and shared laundry. Rent does not include hydro, natural gas, and city fees (water, sewage, garbage, recycling). Rent is $1200 and 25% of utilities for single occupancy. For double occupancy/couples, rent is $1400 and 30% of utilities. The #24 and #25 Bus goes right past our house, and the #8, #9, #11, and #26 are less than a block away. There is an extra parking spot in the driveway and there is usually an empty street parking spot available directly in front of our house.
