Male, looking for a male roommate. My roommate finished school and moved back east for work. I’m in school until the end of April 2023. I am kind, fun, and easy going and I like all sports. I’m looking for a clean, respectful, nice person to share my apartment with. Male preferred. No smoking. No pets. Landlord lives above in main part of house (and sometimes bakes us cookies) Suite is ground level and located in a quiet, safe, family oriented Saanich/Lakehill neighborhood (by Lakehill Elementary school).
