Hello all!! I'm renting out 1 fair size ( 14'x9') bedroom and a full bathroom for January 1st   or sooner in a newer 2 bed, 2bath home. parking available for a small size car that's under 14ft and would need to coordinate in and out with me. Rent is 850$ + 50% fortis BC and 1/3 of hydro. Shared: common areas, kitchen, living and dining areas. D/W, fridge,stove, microwave, washer/dryer.   Close to public transportation and all shopping needs in Langford. Two minute walk to Mr mikes or a few minutes walk to Costco. Looking for a friendly mature student or working professional to share my space.   Looking for a person that is good at cleaning up after themselves and help with maintenance of common areas. About me : easy going, likes to chat/socialize but respecful of quiet time and space. I Work a bit more than full time, I do Like to keep busy when not working.
