We are trying to find a suitable tenant to rent the master bedroom with attached ensuite full washroom/shared kitchen in our 3 bedroom apartment It's located in a great spot in langford & building amenities included are -gym in building -3rd floor party patio with BBQ. -Games room (Google hedstrom house for more info) We have been here for 2 years since the apartment was built. It is me & my partner with 3 awesome cats. My partner works fulltime+ & I run a small business but I am at home a lot We are pretty chill people who are also 420 friendly. You will need to complete an application with the building manager & as most apartments require, it does involve a credit check as you will be added to the lease. $915 monthly ( going up $15 in January) Damage deposit-$457.50 Shaw-22.33 each monthly Home insurance- $13 each monthly Hydro-averages $30 each every 2 months Currently there is a waiting list for the parking lot.
