I am looking for a quality roommate. Male or female or student, as this is an ideal space for anyone needing a quiet place. Must provide proof of employment and have rental references. Space will be available December 10th. Smoking is NOT permitted, and I am sorry NO pets as I have a cat. This is a private room with a full-size bed, dresser, nightstand. Bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen and laundry. Off street parking is available. High speed internet is also included. We are located very close to Mill Hill and trails. 5mins from Save-on-foods and Costco. Bus stop is basically right out front. Very quiet cul-de-sac. About me, I work afternoons so I am not home most of the day. I am somewhat active but looking to get more motivated. I am a responsible drinker. I am 420 friendly, however I do not smoke.
