2 bedroom 1 bath lower level above ground 1/2 house in Metchosin. This is an amazing spot for those working in Vic but also like the rural life. I would also entertain the right couple. I work alot! When I'm not I'm working away on a camper reno project on the property. The spare room is very small... but public areas are furnished and very comfy. I am open to perhaps even taking the smaller room. Nice firepit on the property and friends and family would always be welcome as this would be your home as well. I have music going constantly but am a clean living lad. Beers by the fire sure... wouldn't align with any people still in party phase. Let's have a conversation!
